Module 2: Identifying Threats and Vulnerabilities
- The consequences if a product or service is not delivered as agreed
- Determining the maximum allowable downtime for processes
- How to implement preventive measures and when to apply them
Module 3: Developing and Implementing a Business Continuity Plan
- The various components of a plan
- The costs and benefits associated with each plan
- Responsibility allocation for each plan within the organization
- The structure of a plan
- Organizational resilience and recovery from threats that impact the organization
