- Preparing the Leader's Exposé: How to effectively present your vision, goals, and values to the team.

Team Communication

- Strategic Thinking: Tools and methods supporting strategic decision-making (e.g., SWOT analysis, Eisenhower matrix, the 5 Whys method).
- Coaching and Mentoring Methods: Introduction to TOP (Theory of Practice) and TOC (Theory of Constraints) in goal setting, supporting individual and team development.
