  • Assessment of the current stress level on a scale of 0 to 10 for each participant.

Theory:

  • The distinction between beneficial stress and harmful stress.
  • The Circle of Influence: Choosing Your Battles.

Evaluating the stress situation at work

  • A review of situations causing negative stress.

Analysis

  • How we generate our own stress: Subjective perception. Video: "How to Make Stress Your Friend." Method: NLP.
  • How our strengths can backfire: The different communication styles (DISC) and their associated traps.
  • Understanding our core values and determining if they align with those of our company, department, or team.
  • A review of situations causing beneficial stress.
  • Methods to optimize positive stress.

Empowerment

  • Pair interviews and debriefing: Discover your skills and major qualities.
  • Using empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).
  • An inventory of individual energy sources for the participants.
  • A daily relaxation exercise.
