B- How our qualities can backfire on us: Communication styles (DISC) and their traps.

C- Identifying our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, or team.

D- Inventory of productive stress situations.

E- How to optimize positive stress.

6- Empowerment

A- Pair interviews and debriefing: Discover your skills and key qualities.

B- Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).

C- Inventory of participants' individual energy sources.

D- Daily relaxation exercises.
