Requirements

Who should attend:

This course is intended for all types of learners looking to optimise their workflow with free AI solutions.

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites however for the course to be beneficial Learners should be comfortable using a web browser, navigating websites, and handling files. Some experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace would be beneficial.

Internet Access & a Web Browser: Since many AI tools are cloud-based, participants should be able to access them online.

Licensing Requirements:

To complete the Use Case exercises in this course, each student must have:

• Access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (BYOS) in which they're licensed to use Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• A Microsoft OneDrive account, since Copilot requires OneDrive to complete the file sharing tasks used throughout the Use Case exercises
