Module 2

  • Develop the ability to ask the right questions
  • Create space for ideation

Module 3

Defining the right problem

  1. Synthesis of gathered information
  2. Defining the client's problem - Problem mapping
  3. Client perspective

  • Ability to define the client's problem
  • Apply criteria from general to specific
  • Identify concrete steps for further change and initial implementation

Module 4

Idea generation

  1. Brainstorming
  2. Idea map
  3. Brainstorming techniques
  4. FUCO and FUO methods in idea generation

  • Ability to generate ideas
  • Understanding the principles of brainstorming
  • Knowledge of listening-oriented communication principles

Module 5

Building prototypes

  1. How to create a basic solution prototype
  2. Maintaining the client's perspective during prototyping
  3. Let the client speak - collaborative prototyping with the client

Outcomes for participants

  • Ability to create prototypes using available tools
  • Ability to present and discuss created prototypes
  • Understanding product features and correlating them with client needs

Module 6

Testing

  1. Defining the testing scope
  2. Establishing the test parameters
  3. Phasing
  4. Verification: the product acceptance and approval process

  • Ability to develop a testing schedule
  • Ability to establish an efficient test acceptance process

Requirements

The training aims to introduce participants to the Design Thinking methodology.

Prior knowledge or familiarity with this subject is not required to participate in the training.
