Understanding the UAF 1.1 concepts within the context of the NATO NAF v4 Architecture Framework is highly valuable. The Domain Meta-model (DMM) of UAF addresses various stakeholder concerns related to a system—such as security, information, or performance metrics—through a set of predefined viewpoints, which are then mapped to corresponding views in NAFv4.

Furthermore, the Architecture Stages outlined in the NATO NAFv4 Methodology assist learners in effectively utilizing UAF views to ensure coherence and completeness.
