Day Five

  1. Transformation Roadmap

Day Five concludes the course by guiding participants through the 10 phases of the transformation roadmap that every company undergoes. A roadmap helps everyone in the organization understand the transformation journey. The THRIVE framework provides the principles needed to build a roadmap tailored to the company’s environment.

Phase 1 explains the roadmap, followed by steps such as aligning leadership, analyzing the market, establishing responses, and activating transformation readiness. The remaining phases are explained in the subsequent section.

Any effective roadmap must be holistic, applying all THRIVE principles. This module ensures these principles are practiced in the correct sequence.
