During the course, participants are prepared for certification as a PeopleCert Scrum Master through a practice exam, and they have the opportunity to take the certification exam.

All participants completing the Professional Scrum Master course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) assessment. The industry-recognized PSM I certification requires a minimum passing score of 85%. PSM class participants who attempt the PSM I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.

The Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM II) course is a 2-day Advanced Scrum Master course designed to support experienced Scrum Masters in their professional journeys.  This course is a combination of instruction and facilitated exercises looking at the challenges that Scrum Masters face and how the principles and values of Scrum help them to deal with those situations. 

This training provides an opportunity to gain knowledge, techniques, tools, and practices in project management using the "Scrum framework" from the perspective of a Scrum Master—the leader responsible for understanding and implementing Scrum principles and enhancing efficiency.

The course is designed for individuals interested in adopting Agile methodologies within their organizations, team members involved in projects, and project managers who are either implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in their projects.

The training includes theoretical content, workshops, and practical examples. Participants will be prepared for certification as a Scrum Master through a practice exam and will have the option to take the certification exam.
