Testimonials (3)
Jim's real life experience was evident and the fact that he is still working with teams keeps him current with the problems encountered. The activities were interesting and we appreciated the frequency of breaks. Delivery of the course was confident and good humoured too.

The pacing, the frequent breaks, exercises, and clear explanation. If i were to do PSM 2 I would want the same trainer.

I really enjoyed the mix of interactive exercises as well as normal powerpoint teaching slides. The exercises really broke up what is normally a classic teacher/student teaching method but there was a good balance of group exercises as well as powerpoint slides. I think the trainer was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he taught.
