Requirements
The training is designed as an interactive session, with participant involvement exceeding 80% of the time. Each session follows a consistent structure: an opening exercise to build awareness of new habits, a mini-lecture on techniques (knowledge), and practice exercises for new tactics and techniques (skills). After each session, participants receive supplementary materials related to the discussed content. Practical content is summarized through mini-lectures that provide theoretical foundations and explain the core psychological mechanisms experienced by participants during the training.

Meeting efficiency is something that's fairly "basic", but not thought about a lot and with really large implications on people/company time. Understanding these best practices and keeping them top-of-mind will be of immediate help.
